Mariana Graduates Preschool

Well the big day came!! My oldest graduated from pre-school and will be off to Kindergarten come September!! Where does the time go? It feels like only yesterday she was born.. They grow up soo quickly!! It was so nice that this year both her cousins Matthew and Grace were in her class...It made the school year that much more fun since Regina, Stacy and I got to do stuff together too!!

Nashville with Friends!!

WOW I havent posted in FOREVER!! Ok here are some things I have been up to since the last time I blogged!! This is a scrapbooking trip I took with Karen, Kristin, Kacey, Annmarie and Brenna!! It was in Nashville TN. We had a ton of laughs and learned some new techniques... We even rode a mechanical bull and went line dancing..it truly was great fun!!

Scrap Etc. Blinkie

WOO HOO!!! Finally figured out how to add this "blinkie" on my Blog. I must say it was no east task!! Thanks to Virginia Tillery for her step by step directions!! Can't wait until April to get to this event.. How lucky am I the 1st day of the event is my birthday!!

Scrap Away Getaway

Well i just wanted to say I had a great time with all my friends at the weekend crop!! It was my first weekend crop that I vended at also and it was a great experience!! Here are some pics from the weekend!! Included is my Paint Can I received in the paint can swap!! So much fun that Kristin and I are hosting one for The Autism Crop in March!
Also want to say a great big Thank you to Kacey for being a Great Secret Sister!! All the stuff she got me was Fabulous and I REALLY loved it all!! I included the pic of all of us after we did our SS swap!!
I also hope we can all return to the Scrap Away Getaway next year!!

What a Great Secret Sister I Have!!

Well, I am finally getting around to posting what my Scrap Etc. Forum (as opposed to the Yahoo Board SS which starts in Jan.) Secret Sister sent me in my December package! It was fabulous!! It came packed mostly in an adorable Christmas stocking. I got lots of Heidi Swapp stuff like her acrylic stamps, photo corners, heart chipboard shapes, and girlie stickers. Also received A girl phrases roller stamp, Great circle acrylic stamps form Kelly Panacci, Christmas colored Bath confetti(which my girls already want to use) and 2 Christmas cookie cutters and the most Fabulous Holiday Cookbook. Truth be told I am not the most proficient cook and stick to the easy recipes so I was not sure the cookbook was for me. BOY was I WRONG!! I made 6 of the recipes for Christmas Eve alone!! It is now one of my favorite things that came in my package. I had also received several cards leading up to Christmas from me Secret Sister, funny ones, containing Holiday BLING(my fav) and Making Memories holiday brads.
Oh I almost forgot in my December package was the most delicious Lemon Squares, they r not pictured because they r long gone..LOL u would need an x ray machine to look at those..LOL
So THANK YOU, THANK YOU,THANK YOU my Secret Sister.. I can't wait to meet you in April and I look forward to my Jan. package from you!! Here is a picture of the loot!!!

Holiday Photos

Well today was the day Regina and I take our kids for their annual Christmas picture together and then we each do seperate ones for our Christmas cards!! What a pleasure this year, NO ONE cried..it was the most enjoyable Christmas photo shoot in 5 years!! Usually Regina and I walk in and the chaos starts and we start sweating and the photographer is trying to get them all together and looking at her and we just yell "TAKE THE PICTURE ALREADY". We didn't have to do any of that this year..It also helped that we decided to do it in matching pjs too this year...no worrying about dressy clothes and stuff...what a relief..I guess it is a sign they r all growing up.. makes me a little sad. Anyway here are the photos from today!!

Let's Scrap 2007 LBI

Ok so this weekend was the first weekend crop that Gail and I hosted!! We rented a house in LBI a block away from the beach and hosted a scrap weekend for 6 of our friends!! It was FABULOUS!! We had a ton of laughs and got some much needed scrapping done!! Gail did all the cooking and I helped with the clean-up! We even took the ladies to Scrapbook Cafe, the LSS store in Tuckerton NJ. That is where the photo is taken, ouside the store!! Aside from my burnt finger in the toaster oven the weekend was a big hit!! we plan on doing it again next year!!
